  • Chemical analysis: chemical compositions analysis practiced to ensure desired chemical standards.
     

  • Atmospheric pressure and hydraulic test: experimented to pressure pipes one by one under a necessary pressure value in no less than 5 seconds and no leakage should occur. Normal hydraulic pressure value is 2.45Mpa and atmospheric pressure is P-0.59Mpa.
     

  • Corrosion test: corrosion resistance test has been experimented to the corrosion-resistance pipes in conformity with the standards stipulated or jointly agreed corrosion measures and no tendency of intercrystalline corrosion should occur.
     

  • Technical performances test: flattening test, tensile test, impact test, flaring test, hardness test, metallographic test, bending test, nondestructive inspection (eddy current test, X ray test and ultrasonic test)
